La Nutrice Farm is found in the hills at the south of Florence, within a property of 70 hectares of land amongst woods and olive groves, offering a magnificent view of Florence and the Duomo.
The villa with its typical medieval appearance is all stone, the bathrooms are in travertine marble and the floors are tiled.
The property consists of a medieval villa, once owned by the Medici, Lords of Florence, an outbuilding, a conservatory, a large garden, a swimming pool, a park with a private lake, a private church used for worship with the possibility of hosting ceremonies.
The villa, restored just 2 years ago by the owners, a family of architects, contrasts the austerity of medieval architecture with ultra modern furnishings.
The complex is rented as a whole, can host up to 21 people and is situated just a 15 minutes’ drive way from the center of Florence.
