Green gazpacho with salmon


A little exotic recipe to win over your guests on a hot summer evening.


Ingredients for 4 people:

1 ripe avocado, 2 cucumbers, 150 grams of sour cream, salt, chives, a few drops of Tabasco green pepper sauce, lemon juice, 4 slices of wild salmon.


Blend the avocado pulp with the cucumbers from which you will have removed part of the seeds (and previously purged a few minutes with salt), adding the lemon juice and chives.

Combine the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour the contents into 4 cups and place a slice of salmon in each. Garnish with chives and pepper.
