Dear Sir/Madam,

In accordance with to the aforementioned law, such treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Cookies

The site you are browsing uses cookies, short strings of text that are sent by the site server to the site user’s/visitor’s browser and are automatically saved on the PC of the user/visitor. The main purpose of these cookies is to make site navigation more usable, and you are therefore advised to configure your browser to accept them. Most browsers are set to accept cookies, but the user/visitor can independently change their browser configuration and block cookies (opt-out). You must know that if you block cookies the use of the site and the use of some services may be very limited or impossible, especially services that are accessed through a recording.

Cookies are divided into “sessional” and “persistent”, the former, once downloaded, are then deleted when the browser is closed, the latter instead is stored on the hard drive of the user/visitor until they expire.

Persistent cookies are used primarily to facilitate site navigation, to understand which sections of the site have created a certain number of pages and users.

Cookies can always be turned off (opt-out) even when they are anonymous, in other words, they do not collect personal information that can lead to user identification (e.g. IP address). To this end it is emphasized that browser data eventually identified (personally identifiable information: PII) through a cookie cannot be traced back to the user and are not collected. Session cookies instead are mainly used in the process of authentication, authorization and navigation services that are accessed via a recording.
